We start and support community - driven, transparent, accountable projects infrastructure, with focus on improving market structures and educational projects (i. e., Construction of basic school blocks, classrooms, school furniture supply, libraries construction, computer laboratory installation, playground construction, provision of learning materials), among others and are determined by funding availability.
We foster inclusiveness to promote participation, ensuring that the project is owned by grassroots citizens, who can play an active role in creating their future for a healthy community.
The internship opportunities offer Ghanaians, international students and professionals meaningful opportunities to contribute to locally-led projects in health, education, livelihoods and environmental interventions. Participants learn by doing, engaging in community projects, developing cross-cultural understanding and helping to build sustainable, people-centred development.
Locals and inbound volunteers will benefit from mentorship and develop leadership and practical problem-solving skills. Their valuable contribution helps promote sustainability and locally initiated projects designed to empower people.
