Mr. Edmund Adzakwadzo is a Senior Public Health Officer specializing in Health Information Management. He is passionate about the collection and use of quality health data to inform decision-making. With over 11 years of service under the Ghana Health Service, he holds a Bachelor of Public Health (BPH) degree certificate in Health Information from the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Hohoe.
Edmunds' expertise covers data management, disease surveillance, outbreak investigation, defaulter tracing, and the coordination of Community-Based Health Planning & Services (CHPS). He has mentored and guided health trainees and staff at the Ketu South Municipal Health Directorate and served in leadership roles within and beyond the Municipality.

With over 5 years of relevant experience, he has built a solid foundation in development theory and practice, holding a Master of Science degree certificate in Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, and a Bachelor of Science degree certificate in Development Studies from the Valley View University (VVU) in Accra.
Reynolds plays a pivotal role in shaping sustainable development pathways for local communities. His work focuses on creating implementable strategic plans that address prioritized community needs while ensuring inclusivity and environmental sustainability. Through his work, he contributes specialized knowledge to empower people, especially in the Ketu South Municipality, by developing solutions that are both practical and environmentally conscious while serving as a Development Planner with the Ketu South Municipal Assembly.
