Pln. Reginald Adjei is a Senior Development Planner, Project Manager, and Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) specialist with expertise in social and local economic development for Sustainable Development and Research with over seven (7) years of relevant experience. He holds a Master of Science degree certificate in Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree certificate in Project Management from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration's (GIMPA) Business School (Greenhill College) in Accra. 

He is a certified Development Planner by the Ghana Institute of Planning (GIP) and the Commonwealth Association of Planners, UK (CAP), and a Master Certified Development Project Manager (CDPM) in International Development, by the Project Management for Development Organizations, USA (PM4DEV).

Mr. Redeemer Mawunyo Sosa is a Development Planner and Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional who has a total experience of more than a decade (12) years in the social development and data management. He is well-experienced in program design, results-based monitoring, data analysis, and evidence-informed decision-making. 

He has professional interests in the field of sustainable community development, the local government, and enhancing the performance of the institutions by means of effective planning and evaluation systems. He is keen on using data to achieve better program outcomes and increase social impact.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree certificate in Development Planning from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Development Planning at the same institution. He oversees the Public Health and Animal Welfare units.

Ms. Lorinda Laryea is a Project Management professional who has more than five (5) years of experience assisting in the development activities with a strong focus on dignified and inclusive development. She is particularly passionate about creating sustainable opportunities for international professionals/foreign nationals/diaspora returnees and working together to maximize social impact. 

Her area of interest involves establishing and sustaining strategic alliances, integrating efforts among various stakeholders, and deepening connections with diaspora groups to provide even more opportunities to people and facilitate shared-value initiatives. 

She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree certificate in Project Management (Hons) from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) Business School (Greenhill College), Accra.  She oversees the entrepreneurship and Public Relations units.

Mr. Reynolds Addo-Labi is a Development and Planning Specialist. Having more than five (5) years of pertinent experience, he has a strong background in development theory and practice, with a master's degree certificate in Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation, awarded by the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, and a bachelor of science degree certificate in Development Studies, earned from the Valley View University (VVU) in Accra. 

He contributes significantly to the development of sustainable development trajectories. His work is aimed at developing practical strategic plans that respond to the priority needs of communities, and are inclusive (in particular, PWDs) and environmentally friendly. 

His specialization spans strategic sectors, such as development research. Being an ardent environmentalist, he focuses on the idea of community-led development, whereby the voices of the community are prioritized.

Mr. Victor Adogah is a financial management professional who has more than seven (7) years of experience in accounting. He has a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from Ho Polytechnic in Ho and is an accountant who believes in accountability and good financial practices. 

He has worked in financial reporting, budgeting, and resource management, which facilitates efficient and transparent systems. He loves improving access to healthcare in rural communities and is determined to apply his knowledge to sustainable and community-based health projects. 

He is interested in enhancing the financial systems in community-based projects to ensure resources are well managed to provide a lasting impact. He pays attention to initiatives that improve healthcare delivery and the well-being of the underserved populations, such as projects that provide mobile health services, enhance access to preventive care, and promote health education in these communities.

Ms. Francisca Dela Nunyanu is a hard-working development advocate who believes in the development of social impact and community empowerment. Currently, she is pursuing her master's degree in International Relations and Diplomacy at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), broadening her background in global governance, diplomacy, and development cooperation. 

She is a graduate of the University of Cape Coast who has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (GIMPA) and Tertiary Diploma in Accounting (University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). Francisca believes in programs that encourage youth empowerment, education, and sustainable development, and she is oriented to make a contribution to inclusive and transformative change in the communities.

Dr. Daniel Owusu Ansah is an animal health, preventive healthcare, and public health Veterinary Surgeon and specialist with professional experience of more than four (4) years in veterinary delivery of services, prevention of diseases in animals, and their health. He has a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi. He is a registered practitioner in the Veterinary Council of Ghana. 

His specialty is in the census and registration of livestock and poultry, creation of databases on the farmers, rabies sensitisation and vaccination, PPR vaccination against small ruminants, and regular extension of farms. He has a strong interest in preventive veterinary medicine, responsible ownership of pets, and educating the farmer, and in particular focusing on vaccination, biosecurity, nutrition control, and early disease diagnosis as the means to achieving sustainable animal health, better livelihoods, and community health.

Mr. Edmund Adzakwadzo is a Senior Public Health Specialist in Health Information Management. He is passionate about the collection and use of quality health data to inform decision-making. With over eleven (11) years of service under the Ghana Health Service, he holds a Bachelor of Public Health (BPH) degree certificate in Health Information from the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Hohoe. 

His experience includes the areas of data management, disease surveillance, outbreak investigation, defaulter tracing, and coordination of Community-Based Health Planning and Services (CHPS). 

He has developed a good capacity in the field of public health practice through a lot of training and workshops. His combination of technical expertise, practice in the field, and leadership has only enhanced data-driven decision-making and promoted the health and well-being of the community.

Mr. Solomon Wise Mensah is a Business Development strategist with a strong passion for the youth. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree certificate in Development Studies and a Master of Science degree certificate in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Valley View University (VVU), Accra. 

Having relevant experience of more than five (5) years, he is immersed in the promotion of people-oriented projects. Particularly, he is motivated by programs that empower the youth, build local capacity, and enhance dignified livelihoods at the community level. 

His professional practice is based on the principles of participatory development, whereby the voices of the communities are placed at the center of the decision-making process. He believes in grassroots development through his work, which he achieves by integrating management practices with development objectives to create resilience and empowerment.
