Mr. Emmanuel Tenkorang Mensah
Mr. Edmund Adzakwadzo is a Senior Public Health Officer specializing in Health Information Management. He is passionate about the collection and use of quality health data to inform decision-making. With over 11 years of service under the Ghana Health Service, he holds a Bachelor of Public Health (BPH) degree certificate in Health Information from the University of Health and Allied Sciences (UHAS), Hohoe.
Edmunds' expertise covers data management, disease surveillance, outbreak investigation, defaulter tracing, and the coordination of Community-Based Health Planning & Services (CHPS). He has mentored and guided health trainees and staff at the Ketu South Municipal Health Directorate and served in leadership roles within and beyond the Municipality.

Dr. Daniel Owusu Ansah is a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon and Animal Health Practitioner with over four years of professional experience in veterinary service delivery, preventive animal healthcare, and public health. He holds a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, and is a registered member of the Veterinary Council of Ghana.
He currently serves as the Veterinary Officer for the Ketu-South Municipality under the Veterinary Services Department, where he plays a key role in strengthening municipal-level veterinary and animal health systems. His work focuses on border inspection of imported animals and animal products, livestock productivity improvement, disease prevention, animal welfare, and safeguarding public health through community-centred and preventive approaches.
His expertise spans livestock and poultry census and registration, development of farmer databases, rabies sensitization and vaccination, PPR vaccination for small ruminants, and routine farm extension services. He is deeply passionate about preventive veterinary care, responsible pet ownership, and farmer education, emphasizing vaccination, biosecurity, nutrition management, and early disease detection as pathways to sustainable animal health, improved livelihoods, and community wellbeing.

With over 5 years of relevant experience, he has built a solid foundation in development theory and practice, holding a Master of Science degree certificate in Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) in Kumasi, and a Bachelor of Science degree certificate in Development Studies from the Valley View University (VVU) in Accra.

Through his work, he contributes specialised knowledge to empower people, especially in the Ketu South Municipality, by developing practical, environmentally conscious solutions while serving as a Development Planner with the Ketu South Municipal Assembly.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree certificate in Development Studies and a Master of Science degree certificate in Business Administration (Strategic Management) from Valley View University (VVU), Accra, with a solid blend of development theory, strategic thinking, and practical problem-solving skills.
With over five years of relevant experience in the development sector, he is deeply engaged in advancing people-centred and sustainable development initiatives. His work emphasizes the design and implementation of strategic, context-responsive interventions that address priority community needs while promoting inclusivity, accountability, and long-term impact.
