Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) Promotion: We support water security and sustainable use through water resource management and by providing communities with access to reliable, clean water in a healthy environment. This includes improving access to safe water, sanitation infrastructure, and hygiene promotion in both rural and urban deprived communities.
Community-Led Total Sanitation (CLTS): We tackle open defecation through behaviour change campaigns, community mobilisation and mobilising local leadership and resources.
Biodiversity Conservation and Ecosystem Restoration: We are committed to the promotion of home gardening through the use of plastic containers, wooden containers, metal containers and coconut husks to enhance food security and air quality, to clean up solid waste in the lagoon and water bodies, preserve habitats, restore mangrove ecosystems and conserve wetland ecosystems and to increase access to clean solar energy to reduce carbon emissions. Solar energy helps reduce reliance on fossil fuels and contributes to building communities more resilient to climate impacts.
Climate Change Adaptation & Resilience Building: We assist communities that are vulnerable to flooding and coastal hazards in building preparedness, livelihood diversification, and adaptation to climate change impacts for current and future generations.
Waste and Environmental Management: We encourage behavioural change by educating on sustainable practices, source separation of waste (including electronic waste), pollution prevention and improvement of waste collection services.
